Preparation of Burger Patties

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.

Form Patties
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties that are slightly larger than the burger buns.

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Pepper-Jack cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
Cooking the Bacon

Cook Bacon
In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Assembling the Burgers

Prepare Buns
Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Layer Toppings
On the bottom half of each bun, layer lettuce, tomato (sliced), the cooked burger patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, a generous scoop of guacamole, onion straws, sliced jalapeños, and pico de gallo.

Finish Up
Place the top half of the bun on each burger and serve immediately.
