Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients: flour tortillas, Monterey Jack cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, and salsa.

Heat the Tortilla
In a large skillet over medium heat, place one flour tortilla and allow it to warm for about 30 seconds.

Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese evenly over half of the warmed tortilla.

Fold the Tortilla
Carefully fold the tortilla in half, covering the cheese, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.

Flip and Cook
Using a spatula, flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side until golden brown.

Once both sides are golden and the cheese is melted, remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute. Slice into wedges.
