Drizzle the vegetable oil over the fries, then sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss well to coat the fries evenly in the seasonings.

Bake in the oven or air fry until the fries are golden and crispy, following the recommended cooking time on the package, typically about 20-25 minutes.

In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and sweet peppers, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
