Method

For the Grilled Pork Rib Eye

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, honey, and soy sauce. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork

Place the pork rib eye steaks in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).

  3. 3

    Grill the Pork

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

For the Fruit Chutney

  1. 4

    Cook the Chutney

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine mixed fruits, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, grated ginger, cinnamon, and salt. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fruits have softened and the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool.

For the Mashed Potatoes

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Place peeled and cubed potatoes in a large pot, cover with water, and add salt. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 6

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

For the Broccoli

  1. 7

    Prepare the Broccoli

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add broccoli florets, salt, and garlic powder. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender but still bright green.

For the Garlic Bread

  1. 8

    Prepare the Garlic Butter

In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until well combined.

  2. 9

    Bake the Garlic Bread

Slice the French bread in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden and toasted.
