Rub the red fish fillets generously with blackening seasoning on both sides.

Warm the Tortillas
In a separate skillet, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Place cooked fish on the warm tortillas, top with shredded cabbage, and serve with lime wedges on the side.

Serve the avocado ranch dressing on the side or drizzle over the assembled blackened fish tacos.
For Firecracker Shrimp Tacos

Prepare the Shrimp
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with cornstarch, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.

Bread the Shrimp
Dredge each shrimp in cornstarch, dip in the egg wash, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded shrimp in batches for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
