Bake the Fries
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen French fries evenly on a baking sheet. Drizzle with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat the fries evenly.

Cook the Fries
Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.

Cook the Steak
While the fries are baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye steak with salt and black pepper. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Slice the Steak
After resting, slice the steak thinly against the grain.

Melt the Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded white American cheese over the steak and vegetable mixture. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
