Pancake Directions
- 1
Prepare the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Mix well to combine.
- 2
Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- 3
Combine Ingredients
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
- 4
Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- 5
Cook Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Bacon Directions
- 7
Cook Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Turn occasionally for even cooking.
- 8
Drain Excess Grease
Once cooked, remove the bacon and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease.
