Brownie Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Melt the Butter
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter until completely liquid.

Mix Sugars and Butter
In the bowl with melted butter, add granulated sugar and brown sugar. Stir until well combined.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Crack in the eggs, and add the vanilla extract. Mix until the batter is smooth.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

Add Dry to Wet
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Bake
Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool and Cut
Allow the brownies to cool for about 10 minutes, then cut into squares or serve warm in bowls.

Prepare the Bowl
In a serving bowl, place a warm brownie piece at the bottom.

Add Ice Cream
On top of the brownie, add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.

Drizzle Chocolate Syrup
Drizzle the chocolate syrup generously over the ice cream.

Add Sprinkles
Finish by sprinkling rainbow sprinkles on top for added color and sweetness.
