Prepare the coating
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well until evenly combined.
- 2
- 3
Coat the chicken
Dip each chicken tender into the egg wash, allowing excess to drip off, then dredge it in the flour mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Set aside on a plate.
Frying the Chicken Tenders
- 4
Heat the oil
In a large, deep skillet or Dutch oven, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the chicken
Carefully add the coated chicken tenders to the hot oil in batches, being sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, turning occasionally.
- 6
Drain and cool
Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried chicken tenders from the oil and drain them on a plate lined with paper towels.
Tossing in Sauce
- 7
Prepare for sauce
In a large mixing bowl, choose your desired sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, or Sweet Thai Chili).
- 8
Toss the chicken
Add the fried chicken tenders to the bowl with your chosen sauce and gently toss until all tenders are evenly coated.
