Meat Preparation

  1. 1

    Slow-Roast the Wagyu Beef

Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Season the American Wagyu beef with salt and pepper. Place it on a roasting rack in a roasting pan and cook for about 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Hand-Pulled Turkey

If using pre-cooked turkey, shred it into bite-sized pieces. If starting from raw turkey, cook it in a slow cooker on low heat for 6-8 hours with seasoning until it is tender, then shred it.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. Cut the tomato into thick slices and the onion into thin rings.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Sandwich

On the first slice of club sandwich bread, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Layer with lettuce, 1 slice of provolone cheese, hand-pulled turkey, and 2 slices of bacon. Place the second slice of bread on top and repeat the layering process with mayonnaise, lettuce, another slice of provolone, sliced tomatoes, onions, and the remaining bacon. Top with the final slice of bread.

  3. 6

    Slice and Serve

Cut the sandwich into quarters and secure each section with a toothpick. Serve with your choice of side.
