Prepare the Wild Rice
In a saucepan, combine wild rice and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 45 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Prepare the Beurre Rouge
In a saucepan, combine red wine and chopped shallots. Bring to a boil and reduce until it's about 1/4 cup. Lower the heat and whisk in the unsalted butter until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Plate the Dish
On each plate, place a serving of wild rice, top with a salmon fillet, drizzle with beurre rouge, and arrange sautéed veggies and radishes on the side.
