Preparation Directions

1

Grill the Broccolini

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Toss the broccolini with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 4-5 minutes until tender and slightly charred. Set aside.

2

Prepare the Grains

Cook the Israeli couscous or ancient grains according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and fluff with a fork. Set aside.

3

Prepare the Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, whisk together the golden balsamic vinegar, olive oil, harissa paste, salt, and pepper until emulsified.

4

Assemble the Power Bowl

In a large bowl, combine the cooked grains, seasonal greens, grilled broccolini, sliced radishes, and citrus segments. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.

5

Finish with Almonds

Top the bowl with sliced almonds and additional citrus if desired. Serve immediately.
