Prepare the Ponzu Sauce

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, pineapple, mango, sesame oil, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare the Tuna

Cut the sushi-grade tuna into small cubes and add it to the ponzu sauce. Stir gently to coat the tuna evenly. Allow it to marinate for about 10 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables

Dice the avocado, slice the cucumber, and finely chop the red onion.

Assemble the Poke Bowl

In a bowl, layer the marinated tuna, diced avocado, cucumber slices, and chopped red onion. Top with wasabi peas and fried wontons.
