Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Shake, regular size

Select ripe Brachetto grapes from the vineyard, ensuring they are free from blemishes and overripe fruits. Gather approximately 1 kg of grapes.

Harvesting Grapes

In a clean wine-making bucket, crush the harvested Brachetto grapes to release their juice. This can be done by hand or with a grape crusher.

Add 500 ml of water to the crushed grapes to create a must. This mixture should be stirred gently to incorporate the juice with the water.

Preparing Must

Dissolve 200 g of sugar in a small amount of warm water and then add it to the must. Stir thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Adding Sugar

Sprinkle 5 g of wine yeast over the surface of the must. Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes before stirring gently to incorporate.

Inoculating with Yeast

Add 2 g of tannin and 5 g of acid blend to the must. Stir well to ensure even distribution of these ingredients.

Cover the must with a clean cloth and let it ferment at room temperature for about 7 to 10 days, stirring daily. Monitor the fermentation process for bubbling activity.

Fermentation Process

After fermentation is complete, press the must using a wine press or a clean cloth to separate the liquid wine from the solids.

Transfer the wine into clean, sanitized bottles, leaving some headspace. Seal the bottles with corks and store them in a cool, dark place.

Bottling

Let the wine age for at least 6 months before tasting. This will enhance its flavors and aromas.
