Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Shake, regular size

A vibrant, refreshing rosé with flavours of strawberry, grapefruit & subtle floral notes. The perfect balance of dry, fresh & fruity.

Select and wash the Grenache, Syrah, and Pinot Noir grapes. Remove stems and any damaged grapes.

Prepare the Grapes

In a large container, combine the washed grapes and strawberries. Gently crush the fruits to release their juices.

Macerate the Fruits

Pour in the grapefruit juice, elderflower syrup, and water. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

Add Juices and Sugar

Cover the container with a clean cloth and allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours to start fermentation.

Start Fermentation

After fermentation, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a clean fermentation vessel to separate the liquid from the solids.

Strain the Mixture

Transfer the strained liquid into sanitized bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal the bottles with corks.

Bottle the Rosé

Store the bottles in a cool, dark place for at least 3 weeks to allow the flavors to mature.

Age the Wine

Chill the rosé in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy the vibrant, refreshing flavors of The Good Rosé Saintly!
