Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Shake, regular size

Bright flavours of ripe strawberry, black cherry, vanilla, and a touch of spice.

Harvest the ripe Pinot Noir grapes and remove any stems and leaves.

Harvesting Grapes

Crush the grapes gently to release their juice and place them in a fermentation container.

Crushing Grapes

Dissolve sugar in water and add to the crushed grapes. Sprinkle the yeast over the mixture and stir gently.

Mixing Ingredients

Cover the fermentation container with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 1-2 weeks, stirring daily.

Fermentation

After fermentation, add oak chips and split vanilla bean to the mixture for flavoring.

Adding Oak and Vanilla

Transfer the wine to a clean container, seal it, and let it mature for at least 3-6 months.

Maturation

Once matured, filter the wine and bottle it. Seal with corks and label.

Bottling

Chill lightly and serve in a glass, enjoying the bright flavors of ripe strawberry, black cherry, vanilla, and a touch of spice.
