Fit Turkey Wrap

A Northeast-style hazy IPA. Huge amounts of dry hopping give this beer complex notes of melon, tropical fruit & pear.

Heat 5 liters of water to 160°F (71°C). Add the pale malt, flaked oats, and wheat malt to the water. Maintain the temperature for 60 minutes.

Mashing

After mashing, sparge the grain with enough water to collect 6 liters of wort.

Sparging

Bring the wort to a boil. Add Citra hops at the beginning of the boil and boil for 60 minutes. Add Mosaic hops with 15 minutes remaining in the boil, and add Galaxy hops at flameout.

Boiling

Cool the wort quickly to below 70°F (21°C) using a wort chiller.

Cooling

Transfer the cooled wort to a sanitized fermenter, pitch the New England Ale yeast, and seal with an airlock. Ferment at 68-72°F (20-22°C) for 1-2 weeks.

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, dissolve priming sugar in a small amount of water, add to the beer, and bottle. Allow bottles to condition in a dark place for 1-2 weeks.
