Preparation of the Cream

Whip the Cream

In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture until soft peaks form.

Prepare the Ice Cream

In a tall glass, place the 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream at the bottom.

Add Club Soda

Slowly pour the club soda over the scoops of ice cream to allow it to fizz up. Be careful not to overflow the glass.

Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the top and add the crushed pineapple. Then, dollop the whipped cream mixture on top.
