Preparation
Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, black pepper, and sesame oil. Mix well to create the marinade.
Marinate the Wings
Add the chicken wings to the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake the Wings
Spread the marinated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
Make the Gorgonzola Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Serve
Serve the spicy wings hot with celery sticks and Gorgonzola dressing on the side.
