Method

For the Salmon

1

Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine Kentucky bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Place salmon fillets in a dish, pour the marinade over, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Cook the Salmon

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Remove salmon from marinade and grill or bake for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

3

Prepare the Potatoes

Boil baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool, then cut into halves or quarters.

4

Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine cooled potatoes, crumbled bacon, wasabi paste, mayonnaise, sliced green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

For the Green Beans

5

Sauté the Green Beans

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add green beans, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until tender but still crisp.
