1

Chill Your Glass

Before you start mixing, chill your martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water for a few minutes.

2

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of gin, 0.5 oz of dry vermouth, and 1 oz of clarified pickle brine.

3

Add Ice

Fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 1 cup).

4

Shake or Stir

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake gently for about 15 seconds, or stir the mixture if you prefer a less diluted drink.

5

Strain into Glass

Remove the ice from the chilled martini glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

6

Garnish

Garnish the drink with 2 slices of pickle on the rim or dropped into the drink for added flavor.
