Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Cedar Plank

Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour before grilling.

2

Make the Bourbon Glaze

In a small saucepan, combine bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

3

Prepare the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the soaked cedar plank on the grill for 3-5 minutes until it starts to smoke.

4

Glaze the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on the cedar plank, skin side down. Brush generously with the bourbon glaze.

5

Grill the Salmon

Close the grill lid and cook the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

6

Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, toss the green beans, mushrooms, and pearl onions with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill in a vegetable basket or foil for about 10-15 minutes until tender.

7

Serve

Once the salmon is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the salmon alongside the grilled vegetables.
