Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Fruits

Wash all the fruits under cold water. Dice the pineapple, mango, and papaya into bite-sized pieces. Peel and slice the kiwi and banana. Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters depending on their size.

2

Combine the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, add the diced pineapple, mango, kiwi, banana, papaya, and sliced strawberries. Gently toss the fruits together to combine.

Dressing

3

Mix the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey (or agave syrup), and chopped mint leaves until well combined.

4

Add Dressing to Fruit

Pour the dressing over the mixed fruits in the large bowl. Gently toss the salad to ensure all the fruits are coated with the dressing.

Serving

5

Serve the Salad

Serve the tropical fruit salad immediately in individual bowls or on a large platter. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top for added flavor and garnish.
