Ultimate Lobster Supper

Fill a large pot with water, add 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning, and bring to a rolling boil. Carefully add the live lobsters to the pot and cover. Cook for 8-10 minutes for the first lobster and an additional 2 minutes for the second lobster.

Prepare the Lobster

While the lobsters are cooking, melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and squeeze in the juice of one lemon.

Make Garlic Butter

Finely chop fresh parsley and set aside. Cut the remaining lemon into wedges.

Prepare Garnish

Once lobsters are cooked, remove them from the pot and let them cool slightly. Serve the lobsters with garlic butter, lemon wedges, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
