Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Strawberries
Hull and slice the fresh strawberries. Set aside a couple of slices for garnishing later.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Cap Rock Vodka, St Germain, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and sliced strawberries.
Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Fine strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
Garnish with the reserved strawberry slices on the rim of the glass.
