    Prepare the Spinach

    In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and cool, then chop finely.

    Prepare the Artichokes

    Drain and rinse the canned artichoke hearts. Chop them into bite-sized pieces.

    Mix the Base

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth.

    Add Cheeses and Seasonings

    To the cream cheese mixture, add the chopped spinach, chopped artichokes, grated parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.

Baking

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Transfer to Baking Dish

    Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
