Pasta Primavera Ingredients

Method

Pasta Primavera Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  3. 3

    Add Bell Peppers and Carrots

Add the sliced bell peppers and julienned carrots to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

  4. 4

    Incorporate Zucchini and Broccoli

Add the sliced zucchini and broccoli florets. Stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes until all the vegetables are tender yet crisp.

  5. 5

    Mix in Cherry Tomatoes

Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing them to soften slightly.

  6. 6

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Pour in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove the skillet from heat. Serve the pasta primavera hot, garnished with fresh basil and additional Parmesan if desired.
