Prepare the Salad

Thoroughly wash the romaine lettuce under cold water. Dry with a salad spinner or pat dry with paper towels. Chop the romaine into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Add the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl with the chopped romaine. Toss gently to combine.

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Using a whisk, blend the dressing ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Salad

Pour the dressing over the salad mixture in the large bowl. Toss gently until the romaine, croutons, and Parmesan are evenly coated with the dressing.
