Chicken Wings
House-Made Ranch Dressing
Method
Chicken Wings
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until they are evenly coated.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- 3
Add Hot Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour hot sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated. Return to the baking sheet for an additional 5 minutes if you want them extra crispy.
House-Made Ranch Dressing
- 4
Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
- 5
Add Seasonings
Add dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley to the mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- 6
Chill the Dressing
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
