Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the buffalo sauce until well combined and heated through.

  4. 4

    Toss the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat them evenly.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the wings hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing on the side.
