Main Ingredients

Method

Cooking the Egg and Bacon

1

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, lay the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

2

Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assembling the Sandwich

3

Prepare the Bun

Cut the brioche bun in half and toast it lightly on the skillet until golden brown.

4

Layer the Ingredients

Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Layer with a leaf of lettuce, followed by the crispy bacon, a slice of American cheese, the fried egg, slices of tomato, red onion, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

Cooking the Waffle Fries

5

Prepare the Waffle Fries

Cook the waffle fries according to package instructions, typically baking them in an oven at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
