Directions

1

Prepare the Spinach

Start by washing the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water. Remove any tough stems and chop the spinach into smaller pieces.

2

Sauté the Spinach

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped spinach. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

3

Mix the Cream Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, blend until smooth and creamy.

4

Add Flavorings

To the cream mixture, add the minced garlic, chopped green onions, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.

5

Combine Spinach and Cream Mixture

Once the sautéed spinach has cooled, fold it into the cream mixture until evenly distributed.

6

Chill the Dip

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the spinach dip for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

7

Serve

After chilling, give the dip a good stir and serve it with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
