Seafood Boil
Prepare the Pot
In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil.
Add Spices
Once boiling, add the Old Bay seasoning, minced garlic, bay leaves, and salt to taste.
Add Corn and Sausage
Add the corn on the cob and sliced Andouille sausage to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add Shrimp
Finally, add the large shrimp to the pot. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Drain and Serve
Drain the seafood boil into a colander. Serve immediately on a large platter.
Remoulade Sauce
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, chopped parsley, and salt to taste.
Mix Well
Stir all the ingredients until well combined and smooth.
Chill
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the remoulade sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving.
