Slider Assembly

Method

Preparing the Slider Patties

1

Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

2

Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and form each portion into a small patty, about 2 inches in diameter.

3

Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

4

Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet or grill to melt the cheese.

Assembling the Sliders

5

Prepare the Buns

Slice the slider buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.

6

Layer the Ingredients

On the bottom half of each slider bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a cooked cheeseburger patty, a slice of tomato, a slice of pickle, and your desired amount of ketchup and mustard.

7

Finish the Sliders

Top each slider with the other half of the bun and press down gently to secure.
