1. Prepare the Chicken Tenders
Cut the chicken tenders into smaller strips for easy handling by kids.
2. Set Up Breading Station
In three separate bowls, place flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and bread crumbs mixed with salt and pepper in the third.
3. Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with bread crumbs.
4. Heat Oil for Frying
In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
5. Fry the Chicken Tenders
Carefully place the breaded chicken strips into the hot oil. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Drain and Serve
