Method
Preparing the Liqueur Blend
Mix Liqueurs
In a mixing glass, combine the Amaretto, Irish Cream Liqueur, and Hazelnut Liqueur. Stir gently to mix the flavors together.
Serving the Ice Cream
Scoop Ice Cream
Using an ice cream scoop, place 2 generous scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream into a serving bowl.
Add Liqueur Blend
Pour the prepared liqueur blend over the scoops of ice cream, allowing it to melt slightly into the ice cream.
Baking the Biscotti
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Shape Biscotti
Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a log about 30 cm (12 inches) long and 5 cm (2 inches) wide.
Bake First Time
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the log is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Slice and Bake Again
Once cooled, slice the log diagonally into 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick slices. Place the slices back on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crisp.
Cool and Store
Remove from the oven and let the biscotti cool completely on a wire rack.
