1. Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and ensure the cooked rice is cooled.
2. Cook the Proteins
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Add Pork and Shrimp
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the diced pork and cook until browned. Add the shrimp and cook until pink. Remove and set aside with the chicken.
4. Sauté Vegetables
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add carrots and peas, and cook until tender.
5. Combine Rice and Proteins
Add the cooked rice to the skillet, mixing well with the vegetables. Return the cooked chicken, pork, and shrimp to the skillet.
6. Add Flavor
Pour in the soy sauce, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
7. Scramble Eggs
Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet. In the empty side, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Mix the eggs into the rice.
8. Finish with Green Onions
Stir in chopped green onions just before serving.
9. Serve
Serve hot and enjoy your special fried rice!
