Prepare the Pear
Peel and core the ripe pear, then cut it into small pieces.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Sheringham Kazuki Gin, Soho Lychee Liqueur, fresh pear pieces, and lemon juice.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
