This 473ML can captures the essence of lazy Sundays with its crisp flavor profile and natural sweetness, making it the perfect companion for a sunny afternoon or a cozy evening gathering. Sip on this local gem and let the vibrant notes of fruit transport you to the serene landscapes of British Columbia.

Wash and chop the apples and pears into small pieces. If using wild strawberries, rinse them gently and set aside.

Prepare the Fruits

In a large pot, combine the chopped apples, pears, wild strawberries, and water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.

Cook the Mixture

After simmering, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into another pot to separate the liquid from the fruit solids.

Strain the Liquid

While the liquid is still warm, stir in the sugar until fully dissolved. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and let it sit for 10 minutes.
