Steak Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, truffle oil, hot sauce, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

Assembly

Slice the rested steak and place it on a serving plate. Top with the avocado mixture, drizzle with ginger soy emulsion, and dollop the truffle hot sauce aioli. Garnish with black tobiko and serve with prawn chips on the side.
