Preparation of Seafood

Prepare the Lobster

Boil the lobster in salted water for about 8-10 minutes until cooked. Remove, cool, and extract the meat.

Cook the Oysters and Clams

In a skillet, add a tablespoon of olive oil and minced garlic. Add the oysters and clams, cooking them until they open. Discard any that do not open.

Prepare the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Cooking the Filet Mignon

Sear the Filet

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the filet mignon with salt and black pepper. Sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Rest the Filet

Remove the filet from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Plating

Serve the Dish

On a plate, arrange the filet mignon, lobster meat, oysters, clams, and shrimp. Drizzle with melted butter and garnish with parsley.
