Preparation
Cook the Lobster and Shrimp
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and cook for about 6-8 minutes, until they are bright red and cooked through. Remove and let cool. In the same pot, add the jumbo shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove and let cool.
Prepare the Cocktail Sauce
In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Prepare the Spicy Mustard Sauce
In another bowl, combine Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, honey, and hot sauce. Mix until smooth and adjust seasoning to taste.
Assembly
Serve the Cocktail
Slice the cooled lobster tails in half lengthwise and arrange the lobster and shrimp on a serving platter. Serve with cocktail sauce and spicy mustard sauce on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
