Confirm billing frequency is yearly and that the license will auto-renew unless canceled.

Activate license
After purchase, retrieve your WP-Optimize Premium license key from the account dashboard and add it to each WordPress installation's WP-Optimize settings to enable the premium features across up to 5 sites.
Enable scheduling & automation
On each site, open WP-Optimize > Settings and turn on scheduled cleanups, image compression schedules, and database optimization automations. Set frequencies appropriate for each site's traffic (daily/weekly/monthly).
Set up image compression
For each site, navigate to the Image Optimization panel and enable compression. Choose lossy or lossless based on quality needs, then run an initial batch optimization. Confirm the feature shows as active for all 5 sites in your account.
Configure database optimization
On each WordPress site, run an initial database cleanup and set scheduled optimizations. Review and exclude any tables you want to keep untouched (e.g., third-party plugin tables).
Enable caching & minification
Turn on page caching, CSS/JS minification, and HTML minification within WP-Optimize on each site. Test pages after enabling to ensure no JS/CSS conflicts—clear caches and adjust exclusions as needed.
Connect support & updates
Ensure the account email is correct and note premium support access. Register sites under your account so they receive priority updates and support tickets.
Multisite and integrations
If using WordPress Multisite, enable network settings where applicable and verify compatibility. Integrate uptime/security or backup tools if included or available as add-ons, configuring them per site.

Add extra sites
If you need coverage for more than 5 sites, purchase additional per-site seats. After purchase, assign those seats to the new sites in your account dashboard and activate the license keys on the additional installations.
Enable white-labeling or advanced security
Purchase the optional white-label or advanced security module, then follow the vendor's setup guides to enable those features across your sites. Configure branding or security policies as needed.
