Method

Smoothie Base

1

Combine liquids

Pour 2 cups of Jumex Guava Nectar and 1 cup of cold water into a blender. If you want a creamier drink, add 1/2 cup plain yogurt.

2

Add sweetener and acidity

Add 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup if you'd like it sweeter, and 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice to brighten the flavor. These are optional—taste after blending and adjust.

Fruit & Texture

3

Add fruit and ice

Add 1/2 cup fresh or frozen guava pieces (if using) and 1 cup ice cubes to the blender. The fruit adds body and the ice chills and thins to desired consistency.

4

Secure the blender lid and blend on high for 30–60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and uniformly chilled. If the mixture is too thick, add up to 1/4 cup more cold water and pulse again. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes or 2 tablespoons more yogurt and reblend.

Finish & Serve

5

Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity: add another 1/2 tablespoon honey or a little more lime if needed. Give a short pulse to combine.

6

Pour the guava juice into two tall glasses (about 2 servings). Garnish each glass with a slice of guava or lime and two mint leaves. Serve immediately while cold.

7

Storage note: If not serving right away, keep chilled in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours; shake or stir before serving as separation may occur.
