Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Bread the Chicken
Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and bread crumbs in a third. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.
Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Assemble the Dish
In a baking dish, spread some marinara sauce on the bottom. Place the fried chicken on top, then pour the remaining marinara sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Chicken Parmigiano!
