Breakfast-On-The-Go

In a microwave-safe dish, cook the sausage or bacon according to package instructions until fully cooked.

Cook the Protein

In a separate microwave-safe bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until fully cooked, stirring halfway through.

Prepare the Egg

Slice the English muffin or biscuit in half. Place the cooked egg on the bottom half, followed by the protein and a slice of cheddar cheese. Top with the other half of the muffin or biscuit.

Assemble the Sandwich
