Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil and season generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle fresh rosemary on both sides.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat, approximately 450°F (232°C). Make sure the grates are clean and well-oiled to prevent sticking.

  3. 3

    Grill the Steak

Place the seasoned ribeye steaks on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes on one side without moving them. Flip the steaks and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is achieved.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini and bell pepper into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

  2. 6

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the zucchini, bell pepper, and asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 7

    Grill the Vegetables

Using a grill basket or directly on the grill, add the seasoned vegetables to the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.
