Prepare the Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Mix until the wings are evenly coated.

Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Drizzle with vegetable oil.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Make the Buffalo Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is heated through.
Toss and Serve

Toss the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Prepare Blue Cheese Dressing
In a separate bowl, mix together the blue cheese crumbles, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Serve the buffalo wings hot with the blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
