Prepare Duck Breast

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Place the duck breast skin-side down and sear for about 6-8 minutes until the skin is crispy.

Sear Duck

Flip the duck breast and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and let rest.

Cook Duck

In the same skillet, add the red wine, balsamic vinegar, and fresh rosemary. Simmer until the sauce is reduced by half.

Make Sauce

Add butter to the sauce, stirring until melted and smooth.

Finish Sauce

Slice the duck breast and serve with the red wine sauce drizzled over it.
