Preparation of Espresso
Brew Espresso
Brew 1 cup of strong espresso coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Mascarpone Mixture
Combine Mascarpone and Sugar
In a large mixing bowl, combine 500 grams of mascarpone cheese with 100 grams of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add Liqueur
Incorporate the 100 ml of sweet liqueur into the mascarpone mixture, stirring gently until well combined.
Layering Tiramisu
Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
Layer the Dish
In a rectangular dish, arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture spread evenly over the ladyfingers.
Repeat Layers
Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers on top of the mascarpone, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
Chilling and Serving
Chill
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
